I’m Michał. At Docplanner, I help grow Terapia, a mental health product, and test new ideas. I also work on patient reviews — in practice, on how people decide whom to trust with their health.
My interests wander through technology and languages, with a soft spot for el mundo hispanohablante. I like making complicated things simpler. I run slowly but consistently; AI, on the other hand, has made turning ideas into working things faster and more fun.
This is where I keep some of what I notice along the way.
Things I’ve noted
- Cargo cultsWhy copying visible behaviour often misses the mechanism that made it work.
- Keep Your Identity SmallOn staying flexible enough to change your mind.
- On complexity and listeningWhy hard problems require contradictory ideas and listening to the other side.
- Kaprekar's constantA small mathematical curiosity hidden inside four-digit numbers.
- London-Calcutta bus serviceA 16,000 km route from another era, and the logistics behind it.
- Dekalog KieślowskiegoA high-school attempt to find a common axis across Kieślowski's films.
